Close up and identifiable photographs or videos will be taken at the event in accordance with Wavepower and Swim England Privacy Policy (See Policy SE 1046) and retained for a period of 5 years. With your permission, close up and identifiable photographs or videos may be used by Swim England on its website and our social media channels to promote the event and events in the future, and/or for education, analysis and performance development.
If you wish to withdraw your consent or have any concerns with the publication of an image or video, you may do so by contacting [email protected]. Please note that photographs or videos, once published, will be very difficult to recall entirely.
