The details provided on this online form will be checked by the Swim England Membership Team against the individual's Swim England Membership record.

Individual permits are to be completed purely so rankings times can be added to www.swimmingresults.org, other Swim England club member benefits will not extend to cover these activities. If your Swim England club has given their approval for the competitor to participate overseas as part of their club activity, the club must submit the team permit (regardless of the number of members competing) and comply with Swim England’s Team Manager, Coach and Chaperone policy. *

As a registered member of a Swim England affiliated club, and by filling out this form, results can be submitted for inclusion on the British Rankings database. These results must be sent in within 28 days of the competition.
